How do I setup call forwarding?

  1. Listen for dial tone. Press "*72" (rotary 1172); wait for second dial tone.
  2. Press the number to which you want to forward calls, you will hear two short tones, then normal ringing; Call Forwarding is activated after the party answers.
  3. If the line is busy or there is no answer, repeat. No answer is needed to establish Call Forwarding on the second attempt.
  4. To cancel Call Forwarding, press "*73" (rotary 1173); listen for two beeps and dial tone. NOTE: While your calls are being forwarded, you can still make outgoing calls. Your phone will ring when someone calls you, but you cannot answer. The ringing indicates the service is working. (You are responsible for any charges that may apply to calls forwarded to another phone number.)
