Setup Email in Outlook Express

  1. In Outlook Express click on "Tools" on the main toolbar at the top of the screen. Then choose "Accounts". 

  2. In the new window click on "Add" and then choose "Mail". 

  3. In the new window that pops up you will enter your display name. This is the name that your recipients will normally see. The display name can be anything you want it to be. Once you are finished, click "Next". 

  4. On the next screen you will be asked for your E-mail address. Your address will be "This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it." where "..." is your user name. Click "Next". 

  5. On the next screen you will be asked about server information. If you are setting up your "wi-net.com" e-mail just copy exactly what is on the screen below. Otherwise consult your e-mail provider for their information. Click "Next". 

  6. On the next screen you will be asked about your account name and password. The "Account name" should be filled in automatically. If it is not, then enter the first part of your e-mail address before the "@" symbol. Enter your account password in the "Password" field. Make sure "Remember password" is checked, unless you want to enter your password every time you send or receive e-mail. Click "Next". 

  7. Congratulations, click "Finish".
